Graveyard Keeper 2 Updates: PC 1.010 and Patch Notes

The official 1.010 notes fix progression blockers involving the Central Districts banner, Jack’s bronze tools, his boat departure and the Doctor’s basement door. They also address a porter walking through factory walls, item pickup and several stuck-player locations.

Belt Master now provides more gears, and order slots can reach five depending on the town’s population. Five is a conditional cap, not the starting allowance. The notes also fix a long-session exit hang and a Battle Operation Potato Part I crash.

The October 2 developer plan acknowledges repetitive work and proposes balance changes. PC 1.010, October 13, implements more gears with Belt Master and up to five order slots depending on town population. Other proposals in that plan should not all be described as already delivered.

Platform and version matter

These are Steam PC notes. The developer’s known-issues page tracks console-specific problems and staggered fixes, including screen tearing and interface issues. Do not apply a PC patch number or “fixed” status to every console. Save and restart if long sessions cause the documented performance degradation.

Demo saves and achievements

The launch announcement confirms demo saves carry into the full game. PC 1.006 adds retroactive Steam achievement unlocks for milestones already reached in a demo save. This does not establish transfer between unrelated platforms or import from the first game.
